MAC Playland Collection: Happy-Go-Lucky & Red Balloon Pictures & Swatches

 

Hey Hey! I have a fun short post of a couple of the lipstick I picked up from the MAC Playland Collection. I picked up two of the lipsticks in Happy- Go-Lucky and Red Balloon. These just so happen to be my very first MAC lipsticks EVER!!!

I was so excited when I saw this collection. I have been wanted to try some of their lipsticks, but didn’t know what to get because there are so many options, I get overwhelmed. But with this collection I saw three colors I knew I really wanted these two and Toying around, which is SOLD OUT online. 🙁

 

 

This beautiful unique color is Red Balloon. I love this color, it’s like nothing else I have in my collection. It has red base color with pink undertones.  This is an amplified lipstick, which is very similar to a matte, but with a slight shine and it’s less drying on the lips.

This is Happy-Go-Lucky! Y’all I love me a hot pink lipstick, and this baby is Hot Pink! It’s not so hot pink that it smacks you in the face, but it’s a wearable hot pink that would look great on many skin tones. It’s a red based pink, and I’ve already found a dupe. It’s Fuchsia Fierce from Maybelline! It’s seriously almost dead on, y’all.

I love these new lipsticks from the MAC Playland collection. They’re creamy, opaque, and lightly scented with yummy vanilla.  If you get a chance to get you hands on these babies, get at least one. You will love them. 🙂
