MAC Playland Collection Lipstick Dupes

Mac Playland Collection Lipstick dupes

MAC collections sell out so quickly, and the MAC Playland Collection was no exception! I went to buy three of the six lipsticks and the one I wanted most  (Toying Around)  was SOLD OUT! Rude! Luckily, one of my awesome subscribers told me to check Nordstrom and they had it!! I know not everyone was that lucky. That’s why I was so excited to learn I had MAC Playland Collection Lipstick Dupes already in my collection!! Whoop Whoop!!

I’m so excited to share that I have  dupes for Red Balloon and Happy-go-lucky! The dupes are readily available at your local drugstore!

So let’s get into the first one!

Happy-Go-Lucky Dupe

Maybelline Fuchsia Fierce is basically the same exact color as Happy Go Lucky! In the photo they look a little different, but keep in mind these pictures are shot with a HD camera that show EVERYTHING!!! They are both very pigmented, very comfortable to wear on this lips, and preform fairly well when it come to wear time.

Red Balloon Dupe

I have to say Red Balloon favorite of the two MAC lipsticks I picked up. I find myself reaching for it everyday. It’s such a unique, gorgeous color you will love it! With that being said, Vivid Rose is very similar to Red Balloon. The only noticeably difference is Vivid Rose has a more of a coral/orange undertone, where Red Balloon has a distinct red undertone. Like I said above, the wear time on both is about the same and the pigmentation is comparable on both as well.
