Today I’m sharing my new favorite mascara, it’s the MAKE UP FOR EVER AQUA SMOKY EXTRAVAGANT MASCARA. Let me start off by saying,  I’ve never been a fan of waterproof mascara. I have just never liked the formulation because I’m a fan of dry formulated mascara’s, and most waterproof mascara’s are a wet formula. I can normally tell on the first application whether I’m going to like a mascara. There has only been a few occasions where the mascara turned more dry and my first impression of the products was wrong.
